Beverages
Our carefully selected wine and spirits collection reflects our dedication to quality,
diversity, and originality with a special emphasis on the wonderful bourbons of
Kentucky.
Our wine list, named by Food and Wine Magazine in 2006 "as one of America's
50 most amazing wine experiences" and most recently given the Wine Spectator 2007
and 2008 "Award of Excellence," is both accessible and eclectic. We feature a 100-bottle
wine list including small "boutique" producers as well as more widely recognized
brands. Our international collection includes wines from Italy, Spain, France, Australia,
Germany, Austria and the United States representing both "Old World" and "New World"
styles of winemaking. We are also very proud to offer an extensive and frequently
changing selection of wines by the quartino chosen to pair well with Chef Michael
Paley's menu.
Our large spirits collection emphasizes small batch, artisanal craftsmanship from
around the world highlighted by an impressive selection of 50 of Kentucky's finest
bourbons. Our cocktail list includes original "Proof" recipes inspired by the season.
