In our neck of the woods, we call the warm sensation in your chest from drinking bourbon a ‘Kentucky Hug,’ and this flight will hug you like an old friend. Each bourbon being offered comes in at 120 proof or higher and straight from the barrel to your glass.

Finish Him – $15

This flight takes a look at one of the modern approaches to bourbon making: barrel finished whiskey. All three of these bourbons begin their life in your standard new American oak barrels, but they are then transferred to a separate barrel for the last portion of the process. In this flight, you’ll see a port wine finished bourbon, a double-barreled bourbon, and a bourbon aged with select charred oak staves.
