Thanksgiving with Proof on Main

Break bread together with Proof on Main this Thanksgiving. Let Chef Jeff Dailey and team do the cooking and indulge in comforting classics and Thanksgiving plates with a twist. Carb up with Brown Butter Cornbread and Buttermilk Biscuits, then sneak some salad in with apple cider and pumpkin seed Groganica Greens served family-style. Enjoy Turkey Porchetta with calbrian chile, orange, fennel and roasted garlic gravy or Smoked Black Hawk Short Rib with horseradish crema, caramelized shallot bordelaise for the main course. Treat yourself to ALL of the sides. And don’t forget to leave some room for Pumpkin Cranberry Cookies, Apple Walnut Cobbler and Dark Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mousse Bars for dessert. Trust us, your stomach will be very thankful for this feast.
Thanksgiving feast is $55-65/person with the options to add additional sides. Kids plate is $25. Seating is from 1pm-7pm Thanksgiving Day.
